Proofly is a tool for building a private professional history: saving facts about your work with their date, their categories and the screenshots that document them, and being able to download it whenever you need to.

Proofly is NOT a legal service. It offers no legal advice and does not guarantee that what you keep here is admissible as evidence in any proceedings. It organises your information; assessing it legally is a professional's job.

To use Proofly you need a Google account. There is no password sign-up and no other sign-in providers.

To use Proofly you must be at least 16 years old.

You are responsible for the information and the screenshots you add. By uploading content you confirm that you have the right to keep it and to process it.

You may not use Proofly to:

• Keep illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Keep other people's information without a basis for doing so.
• Carry out abusive activity against the service or against other people.

What you keep in Proofly remains yours. You can download all of it whenever you want and delete it whenever you want.

Proofly is under development and its features may change. The service is provided as is, with no commitment to uninterrupted availability.

Keep a copy of whatever matters to you: that's exactly what the export is for.

Proofly is provided as is and, today, free of charge. We work to keep it running well and to protect your information with the measures described in the privacy policy, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect damages, lost professional opportunities or harm arising from decisions taken on the basis of what you keep here, nor for failures caused by third parties (your connection, your device or the infrastructure providers).

None of the above excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any of the rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Remember that Proofly does not guarantee your data will survive forever against any catastrophe: export your history regularly — that's exactly what the download is for.

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings. Doing so deletes your entries, projects, evidence and history, and the action cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account if it's used for anything prohibited under «Permitted use», if a competent authority requires it, or if it's essential to protect the service or other people. Except in an emergency or where the law forbids it, we'll warn you beforehand at your account email and you'll have a reasonable period to export your history. A closure on our side is never a silent deletion: we apply the same data deletion process as if you had asked for it yourself.

If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version here with its effective date. If the change is substantial —it affects your rights, your data or what you can expect from the service— we'll also tell you inside the application or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use Proofly after the effective date means accepting the new version; if you don't agree, you can export your history and delete your account before that date.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that the law determines; if you use Proofly as a consumer, those of your place of residence.
